At the Global Champions Tour in London, the brand-new partnership of Niels Bruynseels and Chacco’s Lando OL claimed an impressive third place in yesterday’s Grand Prix.

Chacco’s Lando joined Niels’ stable at the end of June, and after a warm-up period competing at 2* and 3* level, the pair made their 5* debut this weekend on the prestigious London stage. The stallion, owned by Prince Sultan AlSaud of Old Lodge Stud, delivered a textbook performance, impressing the crowd and jumping his way to a fantastic podium finish.

“I’m absolutely delighted with Chacco’s Lando OL’s performance,” said Niels Bruynseels. “It gives me great confidence for the future. I like to remain cautious, but he might just be something truly special.”

This autumn, Chacco’s Lando OL will also be available to breeders via frozen semen for ICSI.
